Starting in the fall of 2024, I am thrilled to announce that I will be offering parenting groups specifically designed for parents with children who have sensitive nervous systems. These groups aim to support parents who often feel overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted by the regulatory demands of their little ones. Our curriculum will provide you with valuable insights into understanding your child and their unique needs. Moreover, these groups will offer a safe and open space for processing with other parents, reducing feelings of isolation and fostering a supportive community. Join us as we navigate the challenges together and build a stronger, more connected parenting community
