I was born and raised here in our coastal town of Encinitas, California. I have always felt a deep connection to my hometown. After earning my Master's degree from Alliant International University, I made the heartfelt decision to establish my own practice here, drawn by the desire to give back to the community that helped shaped me.
Following obtaining my masters I completed my training at Rady Children's Outpatient Psychiatry and Douglas Young Youth and Family Services. Both esteemed clinics providing services to children and families in San Diego.
Throughout my career I have had the opportunity and sought additional training build expertise in the areas of adoption, family reunification, complex trauma, episodic trauma, preverbal trauma, attachment disruptions and children with nuro-complex profiles.
Through my work, I strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals navigating through difficult times, offering guidance and compassion every step of the way.
The most rewarding aspect of my profession is witnessing the positive transformations within the families I serve. Whether it's helping a child heal from past traumas or assisting families in overcoming obstacles, each success story reaffirms my belief in the healing power of empathy and understanding.
